Backdraft

I created Backdraft in 1991 as a rib sauce at my cousin’s BBQ restaurant for my parents and myself. We love peppers and we love’em Hot, so I made it good & hot using red savina Habaneros, but we wanted flavor as well. I went to work and came up with a unique smokey flavor that complimented the heat, “Backdraft, the hot sauce”. Customers started asking for my sauce on their ribs and the word spread. Soon I was making Backdraft and bottling it for my family & friends and it just took off.

Tropical Fire

1991 was the beginning when I created Backdraft and shortly after because of my love for seafood, I created Tropical Fire. Made with tropical fruits & ass-kickin’ heat, Tropical Fire is amazing on poultry & seafood but unless you can take the heat, start using a little at a time. Along with Backdraft at the food shows Tropical Fire was also winning awards in the fruit-based divisions. You will find that Tropical Fire added to your recipes will escalate the flavor of your food to a new fiery level. This sauce is made with Scorpion peppers which is one of the world’s hottest peppers, this being said…you’ve been warned.

Tropical Sunset

The perfect blend of tropical fruits with just the right spices and a touch of heat makes this sauce irresistible on pork, poultry and vegetables.
